Walt Disney Imagineering Imaginations Design Competition

In February of 2025 I had the great honor to present a project conceived in 2024 by myself and 3 teammates to a panel of Walt Disney Imagineers in Glendale as a finalist of their Imaginations Design Competition. The prompt for the competition was, in short, to devise a public transit system with vehicle and station designs for a major city that was accessible, practical, and fun. My team created a green gondola system for the city of Los Angeles inspired by both old Hollywood and the nature of California. I was a primary designer for the station, as well as the team’s leader.

The project was conceived by the CalArt’s Team and created for the 2024 Walt Disney Imagineering’s Imaginations Design Competition.

The competition is a way for students and recent graduates to showcase their talents and for Walt Disney Imagineering to identify new talent.
